Registration creates a pending portal account and does not form an investment agreement or reserve an allocation. Information on public pages is introductory; all investment commitments require separate terms and review.

Use your own account, keep credentials private and provide accurate registration information. Access may be held while the team reviews an account.

The portal records externally received funds, approved allocations and reconciled payments; it does not execute transfers. No record alone forms an investment agreement. Final portal terms and investment agreements must be supplied before real financial onboarding.
